It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Mandel (Philipsburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 10, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry "Punk" and Minnie Rose Jones (Enss). She is survived by: her husband John Mandel; her children, Guidance, Johnny and Linda Mandel Clemente (Jude) of Albany, NY; her brother Harry Richard "Dick" Jones (Connie) of Sanborn, NY.; her grandchildren, Tory John Clemente, Mandel Jude Clemente, Jacob Anthony Clemente and Lydia Rose Clemente; and her siblings-in-law, Dixie Jones and Carmen Montoro. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
