She is survived by: her son Richard Stevens (Mary) of Johnson City, TN; her grandchildren, Steven Williamson (Amy) of Altoona and Rebecca Mazoff (Damon) of Johnson City, TN; her great grandchildren, Gavin, Alex, Caleb and Abigail; and her sisters, Sheila Wisor of Bigler and Rachael Smith.
The family asks that vistors wear a mask upon entering the building.
