He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo and Jennie; his son Michael Montano Sr. (Kristen Corazo); and his sisters, Frances Colasante (Nuszio), Carol Montano and Elizabeth McNiff.
He is survived by: his significant other Victoria McCaffrey; his children, Marc Montano, Michelle Montano, Robert McCaffrey Sr. (Michele), Paige Montano, Jada-Marie McCaffrey and Michaela Montano; his sister Marie Verbo (Nick); and his siblings-in-law, Sandra D'Alessandro, Charles "Chucky" McCaffrey (Sue Colasante) and Joseph McCaffrey. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:20 AM at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church (2317 S 3rd St, Philadelphia, PA 19148). A Mass will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
