He was predeceased by: his father C. Samuel Micklus. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Marchena Micklus; his stepchildren, Pablo, Melissa and Lasy; his grandsons, Noah and Ayden; his daughter Samantha; his mother Carole; his sister Denise Pallante (Joseph); his nephews, Augustus (Stephanie) and Gabriel (Jordan); his niece Maxine Pallante; his aunt Barbara Kappler (Bernhard); and his close friend William Nicotra. He is also survived by many close friends and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made in Bart's memory to the Cure Alzheimers Fund, curealz.org.
