He was predeceased by: his parents, Enrique Alcantara and Salud Abrantes Alcantara; his siblings, Henrietta and Antonio; and his child Lara Patricia.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Victoria Perlas; his children, Maria Margarita Salud and Jason Vincent (Ashley Barrat); and his grandchildren, Jonas Kai and Lalani Rose. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and extended family.
