He was predeceased by: his mother Geraldine E. Ragan (Scheuble); and his grandparents, August, Elizabeth Scheuble, Martin and Anna Ragan.
He is survived by: his father Martin J. Ragan, Jr. (Annette); and his brother Martin J. Ragan III. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
