He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Jacox (Chapas); his brother Ken; and his brother-in-law Rich. He is survived by: his children, Brian Jacox and Joy; his children-in-law, Doug Street, Poppy (Sam Getz) of Paige, Kaiden Jacox, Kamryn Jacox, Kaleb Jacox, Klaire Jacox, Niko Street, Jacob Street and Kade Street; his siblings, Larry Jacox (Margie) and Leslie Jacox; his sister-in-law Marilyn Friga (late Jerry); and his close friends, Ed Rehor, Paul and Doris Day. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
