She was predeceased by: her husband George Bateson; her daughter Anna Mae; and her granddaughter Kathryn Bateson. She is survived by: her son George L. Bateson (Martha); her grandchildren, Christina Foth (John), Amy Nebel (Kevin), Rebecca Bruce (Brian), Jennifer Bateson (Tyler Bronson) and James Bateson (Lynne); and her great grandchildren, Ashlee Crawford, Alexis Crawford, Colin Nebel, Kaitlyn Bruce, Jack Foth, Hailey Bateson, Kathryn Bronson, Casey Bateson and Drew Bronson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
