He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Smith and Helene Smith (Covill); his wife Janet Smith (Ansley); and his sister Susan Buga. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Smith (Margaret) of Moundsville, WV, Michelle Roach (Allen) of Idaho Falls, ID and Brian Smith (D'Ann) of New Martinsville, WV; his stepchildren, Shelly Morningstar of Flanders, NJ and Adored; his grandchildren, Aaron, Ashley, Austin, David, Emily, Lara Ann, Lucy, Madeline, Matthew, Wade and Zachary; and his great grandchildren, Jaxson, Jensen and Kheiran.
