He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Kurtz and Elizabeth Kurtz (Supplee). He is survived by: his wife Carroll Kurtz (Lewin); his children, Liz (Mathew Archdeacon) of England, Paul (Anne) of Wellsboro, PA, Peter of Boyertown, PA, Linda of Irwin, PA and Joanne of Perkiomenville, PA; and his sister Norma of La Luz, NM.. He is also survived by his fourteen grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be made in his memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
