He was predeceased by: his parent Glenn Parks; and his brothers, Robert Parks and Ronald Parks. He is survived by: his parent Helen Parks (Rarick); his wife Bonita K. Parks (Norton); his children, Richard and Stephanie Lupacchini of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, Jason Parks, Rebecca and Ryan Parks; and his great grandchild Parker Blevins.
