He is survived by: his spouse Marion Romaine Anspach (Miller); his sisters, Dorothy Allison (Jack), Annville and Betty Armstrong (Stewart); his daughter Cindy Bortner (Steven); his grandchild Susannah Bortner (David Palmer); and his great grandchildren, Donovan, Quinlan, Margaret Bortner and Sullivan Bortner (Jordan Stanley). He is also survived by sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.
