He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Deforest and Ollie Alice Little (Demonia). He is survived by: his granddaughters, Khristina and Selena; his wife Betty J. Valentine (Bellaman); and his daughter Kathy Aviles (Jose). He is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
