He was predeceased by: his parent Freeland Fasnacht; and his siblings, Connie Fasnacht, Priscilla Richute and Gary Fasnacht. He is survived by: his parent Pearl Fasnacht (Bucks); his spouse Arline Fasnacht (Levitt); his children, Daryle of Palmyra, Deb and Dean; his granddaughters, Genna Koser, Paige Koser and Hailey Fasnacht; and his siblings, Joan, Janice and Frank (Jeanne).
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Terry's name made in his honor to Campbelltown United Methodist Church, Campbelltown Fire Company, or the Ladies Auxiliary of the Campbelltown Fire Company.
