He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Finegan and Violet Mae Finegan (Johnston); and his brother Larry Finegan. He is survived by: his wife Sheila K. Finegan (Earnest); his children, William Finegan (Ann) of Palmyra and Kimberly Smith (Jeff) of Palmyra; his grandchildren, Shane Kline, Beth Connelly, Holly Connelly and Heather Saylor; and his brother-in-law John Earnest.
