She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry B. Grubb and Pauline Grubb (Hemperly); and her husband Vaughn R. Hostetler. She is survived by: her sister Nancy J. Grubb of Arlington, Virginia; and her cousins, Brenda Lutz of Lebanon and Barbara Lutz of Lebanon. She is also survived by two nieces; and three nephews.
