He was predeceased by: his parent Marcus Rowe; his wife Olga; and his siblings, Marguerite McCaffrey, Joseph and Randolph Rowe.
He is survived by: his parent Leslie Rowe (Laurence); and his children, Valerie L. Rowe of Hershey, Cynthia R. Breckenridge (Robert) of Idaho Falls, ID, Randolph Rowe (Cheryl) and Glenn C. Rowe (Teresa).
