He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kramer and Betty Kramer. He is survived by: his siblings, George Kramer (BettyJo) of Enhaut, Alice Mirasola (Joe) of Hummelstown, Linda Murray (Michael) of Enola and Leisa Pagliaro (Kevin) of Middletown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

“I'm so sorry to hear you are gone & it sad to hear you are gone. I knew him for a very long times of age. Karl & his parent & brothers & sisters was our neighbors like we live beside each other. When he was a little kids & growing up playing drums & his guitar that make loud sound forever like crazy for 15 years in enjoyed doing. By the times he was 18-year-old & graduated from Central Dauphin High School in 1984 & left the state to be in the Marines. Thank you for your Services. Susanna Back”
