He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard H. Webber, Sr. and Gloria Webber (Tarone); and his sisters, Carol J. Neely and Jeanette G. Webber. He is survived by: his children, Ehren G. Webber (Alyssa R. Mosher) of Cornwall and Natalie J. Webber of Palmyra; and his siblings, Joan Webber, Richard H. Webber, Jr., Gloria S. Gingrich, Denise W. Neely, Cynthia A. Neely, Patrick A. Webber and Thomas R. Webber.
