It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty L. Tobias Bingaman (Palmyra, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 8, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Miles M. and Margaret Lorah Tobias. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Bingaman (Beth), Don Bingaman (Yvonne) of Bellefonte, David Bingaman (Donna) of Annville and Terry Bingaman (Sue) of Palmyra. She is also survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
