She was predeceased by: her husband Dale Yingst; and her mother Floy Ebersole (Foreman). She is survived by: her children, Dale J Yingst (Vicki), Jeanne Slade of McLean, Virginia and Cara Jones (Jeff Jones) of Philadelphia; her grandchildren, Derek Yingst, Jessica Yingst, Nicole Slade, Jack Slade, Madeline Jones and Olivia Jones; and her great grandchild Charlotte Yingst.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Penn State Cancer Institute directed to the Dale E Yingst Merkel Research Fund.
