She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew Sayuk; her parents, George Scott and Mary Scott (Shuster); and her brother George Scott, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Keith (Dawn) of Harleysville, PA, Thomas (Nancy) of Centennial, CO, Mark (Svetlana) of Reading, MA and David (Sharon) of Freehold, NJ.; her grandsons, Matthew, Christopher and Alexander; and her sister Rosanne Achey (Lou). She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
