We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Irene M. Shinsec of Palmerton, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband George Shinsec; her former husband Hazen Clifford Lloyd, Jr.; her parents, John I. Mulvey and Irene Mulvey (Kelland); and her son-in-law Mark Rippe.
She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Lloyd Rippe, Susan Rohrer (Jeffrey), Carol Lloyd and Nancy Burchell (Steven); and her grandchildren, Amy, Deirdre, Peter, Megan, Alison and Laura.
Please wear a face covering/mask, observe social distancing guidelines, and refrain from gathering in large groups while in the Campton Funeral Home, Sacred Heart Catholic Church, and graveside, out of an abundance of caution, and in consideration of others.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to either Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 243 Lafayette Avenue, Palmerton, PA 18071, or, to St. Luke's Hospice, 240 Union Station Plaza, Bethlehem, PA 18015.
