It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances R. Binder (Palmerton, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 6, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Philip C. Binder; her parents, John C. Kaplan and Monika A. Kaplan (Horvath); her son John; her sisters, Anna Duris (Steve) and Mary T. Gulla (Frank); and her great grandchildren, Katelyn Houser and Michael Houser.
She is survived by: her children, Frances M. (Thomas Keener) of Lehighton, Deborah A. (Philip Hard) of Bedford, Monica M. (Allan Poplin) of Palmerton and Philip J. (Carla) of Palmerton; her grandchildren, Frances Rosemarie Eltringham (Scott), John Hard (Mary), Philip Joseph Hard, Johnette Walck (Paul), Christopher Poplin, Thomas Poplin, Sarah Binder and John Binder; her great grandchildren, Page Elizabeth Eltringham, Hailey Hard, Christian Poplin, Becky Walck and Dylan Walck; and her great great grandchild Wyatt Hunsicker.
