She was predeceased by: her spouse John Poklemba; and her parent Stephen Rock. She is survived by: her parent Mary Magur Rock; her daughter Carol Misewicz (Gene); and her sisters, Elizabeth Vitvitsky, Mary Ann Pecuch (John) and Lancaster.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Hospice of the Sacred Heart, 100 Williams St., Dunmore, PA 18512.
