She is survived by: her children, Lisa Keefer, Michael I. Karkowsky, Christopher Karkowsky (JoAnna), Greg Karkowsky (Jackie) and Martin Karkowsky; her grandsons, Christopher Jr. (Charise), Nick (Michelle), Connor and Michael M. Karkowsky; her great grandchildren, Oakley and Juliet; and her sister Dorothy Mulcahy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
