She is survived by: her children, Raymond J. Matejczyk (Mary Christina), Robert Matejczyk (Stephanie) and Andrea Polites (Joel); her grandchildren, Joshua (Susie), Nathan (Abi), Zachary, Andrew (Katelynn), Elizabeth, Alexander, Gabriella, Joel (Danielle) and Adam; her great grandchild Josephine; her siblings, Louis Polin (Janice) of Florida, Richard Polin (Mary Lou) of Florida and Carol Jean Yasick; and her nieces, Michele and Allison.
