Slavik (Janosko); his daughters, Dr. Gretchen Platt (Dwayne), Andrea Fennell (Justin), Christine Schirato (John "JD"), Julianna Slavik and Stephanie Boucher (Steven) of Frederick, MD; his grandchildren, Andrew, Ethan, Caleb, Benjamin, Lillian Christopher, Addison, Alexander, Victoria and Nicholas; and his sister Barbara Slavik of Alexandria, VA..
