He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Malicky and Anna Malicky; his siblings, Paul, Bill Malicky, Helen Lobick and Nancy Krumenacker; his son-in-law George Cunliffe; and his great grandchild Samuel Hasson.

He is survived by: his wife Marlene Malicky (Horinek); his children, Richard Malicky (Carman), Kevin Malicky (Nicki), Gwen Veltri (Tony), Shelly Cunliffe, Tracy Wenturine (John), Geri Dubose (Brent) of Haymarket, VA, Carol Armstrong (Mike), Deanna Hasson (Nick) and Mandy Hasson (Rob); his sister Dorothy Dercotch; and his pet LaLa. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
