She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Zultanky and Regina Zultanky; her husband Stephen Klapak; her daughter Regina Kline; and her grandsons, Stephen and Richard Kline.
She is survived by: her daughter A. Marie Papesch (Donald); her son-in-law Thomas Kline; her grandchildren, Thomas Kline (Brenda) of Parker, PA, Kevin Kline, Cindi Adkins (James) of Idaho Falls, ID and David Papesch (Sarah); her niece Patty; her nephew Jerry Papson; and also Joe Kirsch. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
