He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Kollar and Mary Kollar (Adams); his siblings, Bernard Kollar and Mary Betts Kollar; his son-in-law Richard Semelsberger; and his brother-in-law John "Jack" Adams.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Semelsberger, Patricia Ross, Mary Tubo (Ron) and Edward Kollar (Cathy); his grandchildren, Rick, Nicole, Olivia, Eddie, Cindy, Amanda, Blair, Adrienne and Janelle; his great grandchildren, Storm, Natalie, Liam, Colby, Phoebe, Tyler, Jeremy, Alyssa, Morgan and Tesla; his brother John Kollar; and his nieces and nephews, Bruce, Barbie, Joyce and Kara Kollar.
