He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Stivanelli and Alice Stivanelli (Bailey); his wife Seccondina "Clara" Stivanelli (Ferrari); and his siblings, Emil, Mark, Joseph Stivanelli, Eleanor Fidecaro, Pearlena Polesky, Albina Pacconi and Emma Prandi.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda (Bud Farrell) and Marlene (William Young); and his brother Eugene Stivanelli (Yvonne). He is also survived by three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and four step-great-grandchildren.
