He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Kapeluch and Catherine Kapeluch (Nyles); and his son-in-law Michael Peterson. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Kapeluch (Mitchell); his sons, Richard "Rick" Kapeluch (Patricia) of Ohio and Kevin Kapeluch (Mary) of Ohio; and his sister Laura Abrams. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
