He is survived by: his parents, Bernard Noel and Judy Noel (Gray) of Northern Cambria; his children, Kristen L. Cribbs and Ryan David Noel; his grandchildren, Emerson Paige and Sinclair Harper Cribbs; and his siblings, Joanie Davenport (Michael), Sheila Raymond (Steve), Sharon Shelly (Randy) and Dan Fisher (Carla). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
