She was predeceased by: her parents, James West and Roberta Koontz West. She is survived by: her husband John Plassio; her daughters, Nicole Plassio Katie Plassio (Mario Balestreri) and Allie Plassio; her brothers, Jeff (Vanda) West and Scott West; and her mother-in-law Kathy Plassio.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Tracy's name to the American Cancer Society.
