She is survived by: her mother Rita Claire Smith (Painter) of North Huntingdon; her children, Adam Haywood (Breann) of Irwin and Kayla Pasquarelli (Michael) of North Huntingdon; her grandchildren, Olivia, Beckham Haywood, Lena, Marco and Sela Pasquarelli; and her siblings, Sandra George (Toby) of North Huntingdon and Scott Smith (Jodi) of Hunker. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
