She was predeceased by: her husband Lewis L. Fackiner; her parents, Bertha and Wilbur; her brother Robert Painter of Erie; and her great grandchild Persephone Fackiner-Riva.
She is survived by: her children, David Fackiner and Terri Horvat; her son-in-law Terry Horvat; her grandchildren, Tiffany Horvat, Travis Horvat (Becky), Thor Fackiner, Cheyenne Fackiner (Royce) and Orion Fackiner (Hayley); and her great grandchildren, Bella Fackiner, Oliver Horvat, Odin Fackiner, Luna Fackiner and Jude Horvat.
