He was predeceased by: his parents, Ele Oren and Matti Jean Diebel (Stapleton); his girlfriend Barbara Jenkner; and his siblings, Trena Jabbour, DeWayne Diebel, Sandra Diebel and Darrell Diebel.
He is survived by: his children, David M. Diebel (Christa) of Sutersville, Daniel A. Diebel (Jennifer) of Port Haywood, VA and Lisa Pacella of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Kayla, Michael, Bailey, Mason and Austin; his great grandchildren, Hadley and Ethan; his nieces, Lisa Jabbour-Kluch (Arthur) and Stephanie Nelson (Stephen); his stepchildren, Donald Jenkner (Lynne) of McKeesport, Robert Jenkner (Joani) of Omaha, NE, Shari Ann Smith (Terry) of North Huntington and Daniel Jenkner (Erin) of Tucson, AZ; his stepgrandchildren, Nicholas, Ryan, Travis, Tara, Robbie, Benjamin, Laci, Chelsea and Micha; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Bentley, Lily, Abby, Lukas, Charlie and Paige. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
