He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Conboy. He is survived by: his mother Teresa Ferrara Conboy; his sons, Mark, Steven, Gabriel and Gannon; his brother Chris Conboy (Jady); and his nieces and nephews, Talia and Reesa. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to UPMC Hillman Cancer Center.
