She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Don, Fran Johnston and Glenn Pratt (Sweet Pea); and her cousin Chris Nichols. She is survived by: her parents, William R. Pratt and Rebecca S. Pratt (Johnston) of North East; her children, Joshua O'Rourke of Silver Creek and Chloe Veith of Erie; her siblings, Rachel Pratt of Buffalo, Kyle Pratt of Cleveland Heights, OH and Derek Pratt of North East; her grandmother Mary Pratt of Westfield, NY; and her aunts, Roxy Johnson of Ripley, Donna Wade of Ripley and Cathy Demarco. She is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
