He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin A. Meers Sr. and Juliana K. Meers (Veppustek); and his brother Martin Meers Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Alexis Meers (Jonathan Beltran) and Joseph Meers (Lauren); his grandchildren, Grace Meers and Collin Meers; and his brother Timothy Meers (Kathleen).
