She was predeceased by: her parents, Nora Neilon (Powers) and Joseph G. Neilon; her brother Joe Neilon; and her husband James Dugan. She is survived by: her daughters, Louise McBride (Joseph) of West Chester, PA and Kathleen Arsenich (late George); and her sister Irene N. Keane. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
