With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine C. Wolper of Norristown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 25, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Donnelly and Mary Donnelly; her daughter Donna Hartshaw (E. Michael Wolper); and her siblings, James and Eileen Donnelly.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Leedom and Donald Hartshaw (Eileen); her stepchildren, Eileen (Paul), Karen (Joe), Michele (Steven), Michael (Jodi), Elizabeth and Raymond (late Denise); and her sister Mary Ann Perrone (late Joseph).
