He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick William and Isabell C. Lukens, Sr. (Rinker). He is survived by: his son Christopher Lukens (Cheryl) of Philadelphia; his sister Patricia L. Lukens of Conshohocken; and his granddaughter Jeninne Lukens.
