He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Brugger and Jean Brugger (Rittenhouse). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth (Parker); his stepchildren, Patsy Kober, Thomas Miller, Janice Miller, Charles Brugger Jr. (Romana) and Annette Brugger (Heather); and his grandchildren, Melina Ramos, Alex and Mat Brugger.
