He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Churchill and Jennie Churchill (Marine); his brothers, Salvatore Desimone and Joseph Churchill; and his great-nephew Jason.
He is survived by: his sister Theresa Winnemore (Joe); his sisters-in-law, Rochelle Desimone and Joyce Churchill; his nieces and nephews, Debbie, Laura, Andrea, Susan, Joseph and Bruce; and his great-nieces, Elizabeth and Grace.
