He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Ray and Verna Grace Keefer Richter; his wife Connie Lou Shipley Richter; and his siblings, Goldie Mowry, Myrtle Herman, Bessie Richter, Margaret Wingrove, Lawrence Richter, Stanley Richter, Esther Marie and Charles Herbert.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Richter of Clinton, Lois Kern (Robert) of Friedens, Pamela Hall (Charles) of Clinton and Albert Richter of Clinton; his grandchildren, John Kern (Noemi) and Erin Kern (Joshua Baker) of Beaver Falls; his stepgrandchildren, Jeremiah Hall and Rachael Hall (Bobby Cassel); his stepgreat-granddaughters, Emma Hall, Abigail Cassel and Lily Cassel; and his sisters, Pearl Haines of Mt. Pleasant and Lorraine Weimer (Lee) of Tempe, AZ.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to the Clinton Church of God, 406 Buchanan Rd., Normalville, PA. 15469, in memory of Eugene L. Richter.
