She was predeceased by: her husband Vincent H. Hoover; her parents, Ira Kauffman Mann and Annie Stehman Mann (Kendig); her daughter Darlene Eschbach; and her siblings, George Mann, Edith Gochnaur Shaub, Helen Herr, Anna Mann, Martha Sangrey, Kathryn Stauffer and Esther Mann.
She is survived by: her daughter Shirley A. Madison of New Providence; and her grandson Adam B. Wilson of Fayetteville, NC..
