It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William R. Baker (New Oxford, Pennsylvania), born in Parsons, West Virginia, who passed away on January 29, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Mary E. Baker (Baker); his parents, Frank Elwood and Mabel Ridgway Baker; his children, Frank R. Baker, William R. Baker, Jr. and Mary Susan Baker; and his brother Donald C. Baker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Katharine Baker Pilarski (Mark Pilarski) of Ypsilanti, MI and Rebecca Baker Postma (Frank Barr Postma) of Wakefield, RI; his daughter-in-law Michele McKnight Baker Thomas of Spring Grove; his grandsons, Joseph Pekarek, William Pekarek (Andrea), David Pekarek (Christina), Andrew Baker (Mary Abigal), Daniel Baker (Annie) and Cooper Postma; his great grandchildren, Jack, Liam, Emmie Pekarek, Olivia, Mary, Lizzie Baker, Rowan and Nara Pekarek; and his sister-in-law Rebecca B. Baker of York.
