He was predeceased by: his parents, Beulah L. Kratzer (Wochley) and Carson H. Kepler; his brothers, Robert Kratzer and Ernest Kepler; and his sister-in-law Henrietta Kratzer.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth A. Kepler (Sneeringer); his stepdaughter Anita M. McCann (Kelly) of Port St; his grandsons, Allen M. Ruppert (Bonnie) and Jeremy V. McCann (Alyssa); his great grandchildren, Mariana, Noah, Cecilia, Xavier and Pete; his brothers, Wayne Kratzer of Freeburg and Randy Kratzer of Liverpool; his sister-in-law Dawn Kratzer of Mt. Pleasant Mills; and his friend Vince Roat of Liverpool.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Feiser Funeral Home (302 Lincoln Way W, New Oxford, PA 17350). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
